Oscar B. Beltran, Jr. –Owner /President

As Partner and President of Bel Land Development Corporation, Oscar conceptualizes the whole development, manages building sites and manages construction development.   He oversees all facets of residential development, including site development, bidding process coordination, contract execution, pricing, construction scheduling, and management team supervision.   Oscar has over twelve years of experience in residential and multi-family construction.   With his vision and ability to implement and manage a project from start to finish, he has been a successful hands on owner and developer.

Oscar B. Beltran Jr has made a career in real estate for over twenty years. He was the Vice President of Pacific Northwest Mortgage (mortgage broker, underwriter and funder) and Red Carpet Real Estate (a real estate company) both in San Jose, California and has simultaneously owned and operated his own branch of both companies in Los Gatos California. In 1994, he has established his residence in the Philippines and has started his own construction and development company since then. He has developed a 13 hectare resort subdivision in San Miguel Bulacan aside from all other Metro Manila townhouse projects that he has completed. His unique homebuilding philosophy is based on the changing requirements of today's homeowners. He believes in providing a low-maintenance home for those who enjoy an active lifestyle and desire the amenities that make life comfortable. His developments have a unique characteristic within the overall development plan that will make leisure time even more enjoyable, such as his Farm Masters Subdivison and Resort- an idea that he conceptualized where a resort/farm is incorporated in a subdivision.

He is also involved in various businesses- real estate investments in the U.S., and a law office in the Philippines. He is President of Farm Master’s Corporation- (incorporated in 1990) a real estate development company specializing in subdivision development, Vice President of C.A. Hernandez Development Group Inc.-(incorporated in 1991) a commercial real estate development and leasing company, Vice President of Gold Project Corporation- (incorporated in 1996)a real estate development company specializing in building, selling and leasing of properties in Metro Manila

Alessandra Lani A. Beltran - Owner /Vice President

As Owner and Vice President of Bel Land Development Corporation, Alessandra brings a strong background in commercial and residential real estate management, finance and marketing into the team.   She has played pivotal roles in all facets of the business, including real estate development, management, leasing, sales, and marketing.   Alessandra was responsible for all marketing functions and finance needs of all the projects of the President, Oscar B. Beltran,Jr. which included general office management, commercial, retail and residential space management, the continuous marketing of all the projects and the funding for the projects.

She has been in the real estate industry for 17 years starting her career as a Mortgage loan underwriter of Pacific Northwest Mortgage in San Jose California and eventually opening her own branch of mortgage company- Bay Mortgage Services in San Jose, California. She has established her residence in the Philippines in 1994 and has been working with the president, Oscar B. Beltran, Jr. since then.

She is also involved in various businesses in the U.S. and the Philippines- real estate investments in the U.S. , President of L.A. Golden Marketing Inc.-a Trading company in the Philippines (import company), Fashion retail stores, President of C.A. Hernandez Development Group Inc- a commerical real estate development and leasing company, President of Maynilad Golden Production Inc.- a TV Production Company, President of Gold Project Corporation-a real estate development company specializing in building, selling and leasing of properties in Metro Manila, Vice President of Farm Master’s Corporation- a real estate development company specializing in subdivision development, President of Creekside Amorsolo Hotel, Inc.- a 43 bedroom hotel in Makati, President of International Language Academy Manila Inc.- an English Proficiency School in Creekside Makati.

Together, they have established successful real estate ventures both for residential and commercial projects.

Cesar C. Cabot - a Guam Attorney at Law/Corporate Secretary

As the corporate secretary and the legal advisor, he facilitates all legal documentation for the company and is the consultant on all legal matters.
